Evoke* is part of a series of works starting in 2019 that deal with 'transformation' (personal, material, biological, psychological... all kinds of transformation).

Evoke* was written during summer/fall of 2020 partly in Berlin and partly in Crete. However inside Evoke* there are field recordings that were recorded back in 2016 and 2018 in Athens and Berlin so it is an amalgam of sound environments and memories in many ways.

Evoke* includes field recordings, modular and digital synthesizers and samples.
